We brought in our sweet little Shih-weenie who had been hit by a car. We were informed about every detail and all of our options. Everyone there seemed genuine, caring. She received excellent care and our family was given a private room to say goodbye. They made a very difficult situation as best as possible. We were even offered a clay paw print memorial; I don't feel like I could have asked for better service!
Dr. Maxwell, Dr. Taylor the only thing I can say is thank you so very much for doing what you do and such excellent care.....your the best!!!!!

My pup, started having some blood in her urine, it was Monday evening. So we went here, was seen, had a UA taken, and they figured it was a bladder infection. So prescribed some antibiotics, and was told the results of the UA would be in the following day. Well today's Thursday, called everyday since Tues, without any results?! Am given a runaround every time, with some reason why I can't talk to the Dr. or get the results!! Just giving my pup something we don't even know if it's the actual issue!!
