We have been to VCA many times for emergency visits or specialty visits. Unfortunately we don't often leave with our pet when we have an emergency visit, but they have always supported us and helped us make the right decision for our pet and their quality of life. We are from central oregon and our vet recommended that we take our puppy to VCA for hospitalization over the local emergency facilities in the area. We are SO glad that we did! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Their love for animals truly shows. I felt so comfortable leaving my puppy with them. I know that she is in good hands and being well cared for. The clinic allows visitations and calls you with updates. Also, they have reasonable pricing and it is so amazing that they are open 24 hours a day!
