Lori Chadd...the only thing I can think of regarding your friend is that he was disrupting the clinic and causing a scene and they had no choice, but to ask him to leave. People do that you know!! I had a good experience with them, very professional and friendly. I will be having surgery done there for my blind dog!! :)
