Did the working dog 4 hour training and leaned more than I could have ever imagined. My animal and I, alongside all we do, are safer and better equipped for the future and are making a kit for on the road.
My Pomeranian spent 3 days here having both knees done. Very professional, very easy to get ahold of and they kept me in the loop every step of the way. I'd highly recommend
We had to take our furry child of 17 years to be euthanized after a severe seizure last night and the staff was so comforting and understanding. This was the second time we have had to use the services of VAC Northwest since moving to the Portland area. Both times had excellent care and staff. In fact, they still remembered us after 5 years.
Dr. Wan was amazing. I took my kitty in because there was a chance that she could have acromegaly and that could be a reason as to why her diabetes is not being regulated. Dr. Wan was able to do an in house ultrasound without sedating my kitty. She was very informative and was very easy to talk too. If my kitty needs any additional testing I will definitely go back and see her.
Weve had a dog there for an eye issue, and, now, some skin cancers. Consults and treatments are first class. Professional and compassionate.
This review is for an ER vet tech. After speaking with the receptionist, she transferred me to a tech she said could answer my questions about consultations and what a certain procedure/treatment entailed. The tech was rude, gave me generic responses that didn't answer my questions, and kept trying to transfer me elsewhere. I thought listening meant trying to understand what a person was communicating, not to interrupt and respond. I will not take my pet here and will find another specialist. Had a very tough situation and ended up deciding to put my dog down after being hit by a car. The doctor and staff were amazing. Thanks for everything I imagine it's a tough job!!
