The entire staff at VCA NW were very caring and professional and took excellent care of our fur baby. Dr. Fernhoff was exceptional--very compassionate and caring during a very scary time for us. She was honest with us about the diagnosis and prognosis and offered us many options on how to best care for our sweet dog. A HUGE thank you and hug to the techs, staff and Dr. Fernhoff. We hope and pray that we don't have to see you all again though :)

The great staff helped save my puppy who swallowed a toy on Christmas Day. Thanks to them he is healthy, happy, and toy free! Very thankful for the VCA!
