RecommendedEmergency care for my dog, she didn’t make it however, despite my extreme despair and overwhelming grief ,over her loss, they treated me with kindness and compassion. Allowed me to sit in a private room to say goodbye for as long as I needed. It was a horrible tragedy made easier to endure with patience compassion, and respect of the emergency staff. Thank You 🙏
Dr. Taylor, Dr. Sheriff, and the tech provided a wonderful experience for me and my fur baby! Thankful for their knowledge and love for animals. The fact that they were so informative at the appointment gave me peace of mind and didn't have me worrying the whole time we were there. My doxie needed back surgery ASAP, and they took great care of him! Went back for his recheck today, and all of the staff were so genuinely happy to see that he has made such improvement.. I would recommend them to anyone who has a fuzz butt baby.. :-)
Charlie can walk and live a full healthy happy life thanks to the spinal surgery he received here! They gave me clear rehab instructions and great post-surgery check-up appts. I highly recommend them if the need arises.

We have used your ER, ICU, and specialists several times. Each time, we experienced gold standard care from staff who clearly cared about our dogs. The front desk staff, techs, and assistants were the glue that held everything together, allowing the doctors to offer the best care possible. The compassion these people showed us was like nothing else. Thank you so much.
Over the last several years, I've had four dogs receive excellent, compassionate care from several of the NWVS specialists and staff -- emergency visits, surgeries, and long-term managed illness -- IMHO, this is the best veterinary practice in the NW. A shout-out to Dr. Brown, who gave Ruby 6 extra years living with Cushings, and to Dr. Lozier for an emergency double-knee surgery for my Great Pyrenees Bailey, who is now 145 lbs and still going strong 5-1/2 years later.
