Very upset by this vet. Took my dog to the ER & went home without treatment recommendations. I had to call back 4 days later to ask for results. Recommendations Included immediate follow up. When I called my vet to schedule that his chart said follow up only necessary if symptoms persist.
Nice clean facility. Reception was very welcoming. Doctor (cardiologist) was very thorough and answered my questions. Only shock was cost when checking out. I thought it was a bit high but when speaking with a friend who saw cardiologist at another clinic I found out this was the going rate. You get what you pay for....will be going back for a follow up appointment.
I didn't feel they have my pets health as a priority. They are more concerned with teaching pet owners a lesson and withholding needed care. Go somewhere that loves animals and not this place.
What a top notch facility with top notch staff. We had a fabulous experience from start to finish when we took our Rupert in for sudden blindness. We drove up from Salem because we needed an opthalmologist and they were the closest facility. Hopefully we don't need to go back any time too soon, but if we do, we know we will get great service.
Took my cat to the ER last night. By the time I got him to Southgate the notes were in his chart and the vet was well versed on the problem. Betty the vet tech is outstanding. She made both me and Jeffster comfortable. I hope they know what a jewel she is! I have been going to Southgate for years and I highly recommend them.
The place has such a wonderful front desk staff. You all are saints for helping people and their animals in times of great stress and sadness. Thank you for helping my Romeo.
Excellent care with our kitten. Triage reception is extremely polite and very welcoming.
