RecommendedMy low back finally feels great!!! I have had low back pain one and off for several years until I started spinal decompression, adjustments, and sports massage/therapy at Vanguard! Now I am working out and active again! They are the best!
RecommendedI was suffering with headaches and radiating neck pain for quite some time before I started having treatment at Vanguard. Since then, I have been getting treated regularly with spinal adjustments and decompression. I have no symptoms now and feel great! The Nurse Practitioner did trigger point injections in my neck and back muscles which helped tremendously. The sports massage afterwards is the best! Can’t say enough good things about the team at Vanguard!!

The staff knowing I was in pain was calming. Teresa was so lovely and professional. Dr Runnels? I can not say enough about his professionalism. Very knowledgeable. His bed side manner was relieving. From the xrays to the analysis. He explained every step of my rehabilitation. The visit alone relived my chronic pain I have been having. I have recommended north Houston Spine and Medicine to everyone that listens. Go see them. I do every month.
