Vanguard has saved me from surgery ! I was going there on a regular bases but had a set back ! When I got through that set back , my Arthritis and Osteoporosis was killing me ! Back and right hip ! Wow , Miracle , indeed ! Thank you Dr. Iguess ! ❤️
