RecommendedWith my line of work of riding a very bumpy commercial mower for about 15 years, my spine became compressed and misaligned. Through therapy suggested, I do not have the pain I initially had. I cannot thank everyone involved who helped guide me through everything. Everyone working there is extremely nice, and it made therapy go by much easier with conversations and laughs we shared!
I started going to Vanguard with some hip pain that kept me from running for a while, after trying different places a friend recommended Vanguard. The staff is very thorough with their work and very knowledgeable. Ana and Symone got me back running marathons and triathlons in no time. Highly recommend this place.

I had great success with my therapy at Vanguard and recommend them for therapy on a hurt shoulder and a pinched nerve. My sessions included instruction on shoulder exercises which I did in their office (as well as at home), shoulder & back massage, and electrical stimulation on knotted shoulder muscles. I also had sessions on the decompression table to stretch my neck & create some space on that pinched nerve so that it could heal. This process was so helpful in relieving the neck & shoulder pain! I came in for neck and lower back. After a couples of months of therapy which included stretches and massage, I’m completely pain free! I haven’t felt this great in years! Thank you to all the doctors and staff at Vanguard Spine and Sport!!
I’ve been going to Vanguard for a little over a month and they have been absolutely great to work with. The staff is awesome and are usually go to cryotherapy around lunchtime and get adjusted as well. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for cryotherapy, an awesome chiropractor and physical therapy as well. Shout out to Anna as well she is awesome and full of energy when I go there.
I came to Vangard after a hip replacement and an IT Band syndrome, with lots of pain on my knee. The Chiropractors at Vanguard treated me very professionally an my pain came under control. The entire team is fantastic, starting at the front desk, the doctors and the technicians in the back. I obtained the benefits from their exercises as well as the massages. I would like to particularly recognize Simone and Ana. But honestly they were all great. I would highly recommend Vanguard.
