Also the staff makes the experience 100 times better, with a good morning or good afternoon every time, without fail.

Dr. Sparks and the staff were wonderful. But Dr. K didn't even review my chart (new patient) before he starting manipulations. And he wouldn't stop when I told him it hurt. After 3 times of saying that it hurt, with no response, I got up and left. Very obvious to me that he didn't look at anything before starting to work on me and that is not good practice.

I can personally assure you that I did in fact go over your medical history, exam, and x-rays with Dr. Konarik in my office before he started your treatment, as is customary in our clinic. Verbal expression of discomfort is something Dr. Konarik and I regularly run across in our office, especially with new patients.
