The staff is very informative and stay on top of clientele appointments. Everybody makes you feel comfortable and at home with how personable they are. I've never had any issues with anything they've done for me and over the past 6 months they have helped my back in tremendous ways.
I have to take a moment out to speak on how great the ladies (and gentleman) here are. From Dr Iguess, to Dr Virani and the others- the people there are awesome. But even though they're great people at their part of the service, it's the rest of the team that makes this place stand out even more. Awesome staff. I look forward to going to PT. Entire staff very good at what they do. Dr. Oswald (chiropractor) and Simone (therapist) are my favorites. During the covid-19 pandemic, they were open because they most definitely are essential for a person's well being. My back doctor recommended this group to me and I am so thankful. The Vanguard Spine & Sport has been the best PT experience I have ever had. Thank you to all of you.

My low back finally feels great!!! I have had low back pain one and off for several years until I started spinal decompression, adjustments, and sports massage/therapy at Vanguard! Now I am working out and active again! They are the best!
I was suffering with headaches and radiating neck pain for quite some time before I started having treatment at Vanguard. Since then, I have been getting treated regularly with spinal adjustments and decompression. I have no symptoms now and feel great! The Nurse Practitioner did trigger point injections in my neck and back muscles which helped tremendously. The sports massage afterwards is the best! Can’t say enough good things about the team at Vanguard!!
