RecommendedI highly recommand this place! All the staff from the front desk to the nurse practitioner, chiropractors & physiotherapists.Each and everyone of them was courteous, professional caring and made my visits as comfortable as they possibly could.

Would highly recommend Vanguard Spin & Sport. In late January I was hit by a distracted driver, I spent many months going to Vanguard. With their treatment plan I was able to accomplish a physical goal of completing the Galveston Ironman 70.3 & Boulder Ironman 70.3. Vanguard has an incredible team and everyone is extremely friendly and cares about their patients recovery. I owe them a HUGE Thanks for helping me recover quickly through various treatments methods. Everything; from the minute you walk in, you’re welcome with respect and caring,and the staff in the back is amazing, they do a very professional job and enjoyable at the same time: when I started my treatments it was painful to lift my arms due to muscle stiffness after a automobile accident, six weeks later I am almost to full recovery; thank you guys for working so hard with me and showing those great stretches and exercise routines to me. ❤️VanGuard Spine and Sport!! Everything about this place is amazing: the staff, the treatments, and the results. My lower back pain healed with consistent therapy and chiropractic adjustments. I learned the benefits of doing stretches every day and the positive effects of good posture. Not only does my back feel 100% better, my entire body feels better because my spine and hips are in alignment. I can not say enough good things about the results I experienced at Vanguard!!
