RecommendedAnna is...thorough... 😃 These folks are seriously the best. They are all...thorough. If you have a knot anywhere they will find it and banish it from your body. You walk in with a 10 level pain and walk out with a 4 or sometimes no pain at all. (Just depends on your injury I suppose). I highly recommend them. Dr. Oswald is genius. Kiren is amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my care.
Had low back pain for years and after 4 weeks of treatments and adjustments I have absolutely NO pain! I have my life back and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Dr.Oswald and all the therapists that help me in my recovery! Highly recommend them if you are in any type of pain.

I’ve been a patient at Vanguard Spine & Sports for 3 years when needed and I always get First Class Service, Guide and Attention that allows me to fully recover and get back to normalcy. I was referred by a peer and now 3 of us go there. Most importantly they are in network with our insurance which is a huge plus. I get text notifications on my appointments especially with my busy schedule which helps a lot. Great results staying consistent with Vanguard! Great staff and tons of different types of therapy! Anna has to be one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had too. So ask for her and keep her busy!
