I went to Vanguard 2 weeks out from the OCR World Championships with severe chronic back pain from overtraining. Dr. Iguess and Ana got me back to feeling better than normal in only 2 visits. I have been going back for over 2 months straight now working on multiple problem areas I have. This has become a part of my weekly training and recovery regimen. Hands down, they have the most caring staff around! It's never a dull moment in the office.
The doctors and the staff could not be more welcoming and friendly. So thankful for the therapies and attention to detail to get me back on my feet and keeping my back in line to maintain my life at work and home.

I came to see Dr. Iguess 3 weeks ago with severe pain on my feet. Frustrated since I was training to run the NYC marathon and only had 3 weeks left. His diagnosis was plantar fasciitis. With his outstanding staff he made it possible for me to run the NYC marathon yesterday and finished without pain!!! They are amazing and I will be forever thankful!!!
I'm athletic and have seen many chiropractors over the years for various injuries, and no doubt, Vanguard is the best. Dr. Oswald, an avid athlete and weight-lifter himself, understands body mechanics very well and gets you relief. His therapists (especially Ana and Jessica) are also very good at what they do and so, so nice. The front desk staff too. They are always cheery and helpful. It's a pleasure and a relief to come in.
