RecommendedWould highly recommend Vanguard Spin & Sport. In late January I was hit by a distracted driver, I spent many months going to Vanguard. With their treatment plan I was able to accomplish a physical goal of completing the Galveston Ironman 70.3 & Boulder Ironman 70.3. Vanguard has an incredible team and everyone is extremely friendly and cares about their patients recovery. I owe them a HUGE Thanks for helping me recover quickly through various treatments methods. RecommendedI've had multiple back injuries over the years and deal with a lot of swelling and stiffness. It took a couple of appointments, but I woke up without back pain for the first time since last summer. Also - Dr. Thigpen and all of the other staff are very warm and nicely explain anything you have questions about.
RecommendedDr. Thigpen has somehow been able to straighten my "lumpy" back - left that way by cancer. Massages are wonderful, and the full service of the excellent staff have helped me to stand straight, reach higher than I ever thought possible, and work with strength and stamina. So much improvement in just one year. Thank you all!
RecommendedI had a bad case of tennis elbow that I have been dealing with for at least 3 months. My orthopedic doctor referred me to select Spine & Sports Medicine and Dr. Joe Denke. For approximately four months, I went through the therapy that they practice and recommended. I have to say, I've never dealt with more friendly and professional staff that knew what they were doing and could get the job done. RecommendedEverything; from the minute you walk in, you’re welcome with respect and caring,and the staff in the back is amazing, they do a very professional job and enjoyable at the same time: when I started my treatments it was painful to lift my arms due to muscle stiffness after a automobile accident, six weeks later I am almost to full recovery; thank you guys for working so hard with me and showing those great stretches and exercise routines to me.
