Love this place! Cryo has been great for my old back injuries and to keep inflammation down. Everyone is so friendly and professional! They have state of the art equipment and are so knowledgeable.
This place has been a God-send for me! I came in with the intentions of hopefully losing a few pounds with the Ideal Protein Program and have gained so much more. I've lost 50 lbs and continue to lose but I've gained my confidence, reassurance in myself and capabilities and have even gained a friend in Kaylene, The Nutritionist and IP Coach on-site. To whomever is considering this program, don't wait any longer. You won't regret the decision to better your health and hope you'll enjoy the foods and friendships, too!
These guys are great! Super friendly and easy going. An athlete at my gym recommended it and has seen incredible results so I thought I would try them out. I just walked in and said I wanted to try the Cryo and they took me back. No pressure to use any services you're not interested in. While I am sitting and doing the Norma Tech, I see clients of all ages - young teenagers to the elderly - coming and going with a range of issues and all seem glad they came. Definitely feel safe here and in good hands.

I have been doing my knee rehab at Vanguard Spine and Sport. Everyone that works here is so kind and supportive. They are taking such good care of me. I am even doing cryotherapy and I love that too. I highly recommend them for all of you rehab and chiropractic needs!
I would like to thank Vanguard Spine and Sport for being there when i needed them.. I was in pain and they were there to ease it ... Their employee Cassandra Torres was very knowledgable and has a great personality. I was treated very professionally .. If anyone needs a chiropractor... Vanguard is the place to go ...
