I have been visiting Vanguard Spine and Sport each week over the past year to treat lower back pain. During that time, Dr. Oswald has helped resolve my issues and continues to emphasize the maintenance required to support my training and traveling. The muscle work by their lead therapist Ana is amazing and contributes greatly to the success I have experienced at VSS. Thanks for your great customer service and expertise!
This place is truly wonderful and everyone is so professional. I've had awful tennis elbow and issues with my knee from surgery many years ago. Dr Lance Iguess and Ana Ramirez have worked together on me to eliminate my tennis elbow and my knee problems. It's amazing because I went to a different place for several months to work on my tennis elbow and had no success whatsoever. I also tried Arosti method but again, no success there. Amazing Doctors and Therapists that helped me avoid neck surgery and make a miraculous recovery. Could not recommend this place more.
Vanguard Sport and Spine works miracles! The doctors are great, and they helped me work my way back to being on the softball field, after my hip surgery. They got me back on the field in 7 weeks, which was incredible, and I can't thank Dr.Oswald and Dr.Iguess enough!
