I was having terrible migraines and started looking for a chiropractor to go to. Vanguard spine & sport had so many amazing reviews so I decided to give them a shot and I'm thankful I did. Dr.Oswald explained everything thoroughly and put me on the cervical decompression after the first visit I felt relief from my migraines. There services are second to none. Staff is very friendly and Doctor's are the best around.
I was referred to Vanguard Spine and Sport by my daughter for low back.. ankle.. and knee pain. The doctors put me on the spinal decompression machine and it was AMAZING.. I was also treated by the awesome therapists Jessica..Ana..and Cassandra.. together with the doctors I have been feeling like a million bucks. I encourage all new comers to try this place.. you won't regret it!

I was referred to Vanguard Spine & Sport because I been having lower back pain for several years and found out I had a herniated disc. I was amazed at all the information I received.
