This company is a joke. Ive been trying to get someone from there to send me an *** adoption form for 26 days. They assigned my case to a a **** ******** and we were told on June 16 we would get a call back within 4 days. 6 more calls later and still nothing. Mrs. ******** lack of concern and effort only prove that they have zero concern for their clients.

absolutely awful. called in and they couldn't find my account even after giving the account # twice. can't cancel auto payments. can't see incoming auto payments. complete incompetence.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. But unfortunately that is not an option. I have been dealing with vanguard customer service for over 3 months now for two simple tasks: 1, to change the name on my account after marriage and 2, to rollover my investments into my new retirement fund due to a job change. Avoid this company like the plague! Its unlikely the Taliban tortures people the way their customer service does. They do not have an email address or physical locations. They request physical mail and fax in the year of our Lord 2025 only to NEVER PROCESS THE DOCUMENTS. They make every interaction extremely difficult for no reason and their employees are clearly very poorly trained. I wouldnt put my money with Vanguard if it was the only brokerage company in the world. Save yourself and switch to Fidelity.

First, I was a personal investor for over 20 years and was happy with Vanguard. Then, the customer service changed and was so bad we withdrew every *****. As an example, for a jointly-titled account with my spouse, telephone representatives, including supervisors, repeatedly asked for my spouse's authorization/permission to speak with me regarding the account. Dont do it!!! Transferred entire portfolio OUT due to an outdated website & bad customer service. They charge a $100 transfer out fee.per account. I had $300 in fees to leave a horrible experience. They refused to refund anything. I said Im posting this all over social media, the *** said go ahead.nice.

Horrible. They do not care about you; they just want your money. DO NOT INVEST with Vanguard. They messed up my funds, made multiple errors, lied to me, blamed the *** (untrue), gave me false info, were extremely rude, promised to send me paperwork and did not, many times promised to call me back & did not, hung up on me many times. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive ever encountered in any business ever.Recently, they made my life nearly unlivable before they admitted & rectified their mistake. Absolutely, the worst customer service ever spoke with the agent name Tan J. He really needs to find a new career because He's not good at customer service after 45 minutes of him.Not helping me he absolutely refused to transfer me to a supervisor or a manager and then hung up on me

I am extremely disappointed with Vanguard Investments and their complete lack of professionalism when it comes to handling 401(k) transfers.
