Me having okay credit, no co-signer, and being a first time buyer made me think I wouldn’t have the car that wanted. I met with Juan Angeles (salesman) and he showed me the exact car I was able to buy and most importantly WANTED! He was able to get me approved for a brand new Chevy Cruze and drove home with it that same day! They have great customer service, I would recommend them to everyone!
Everyone there is so friendly. <3 <3 <3 Derrick in the Service Department, Robert, Dylan, Andy, Pedro & Ronnie in the Sales Department have been truly AMAZING and Understand when we were looking for a new Chevy after ours was totaled. If you're in the Arlington area, I wouldn't go anywhere else. <3
Went last week to the dealership last week, to see what we could do about getting into a much needed bigger vehicle. Lesha was our salesperson and was so wonderful for the second we walked in. She went above and beyond in every aspect of our dealings. She was so professional, polite and such a pleasure!
Went in for a routine oil change. Staff was great got it in on Saturday and headed home. Tuesday knew we had issues leaking oil everywhere. Had no issues before the oil change. Called Derrick who advised us to get in right away. Took my vehicle in as soon as i got there and took care of the issue. A bad o ring. Thank you Derrick and staff for getting our vehicle right again. So far no other issues.
Don’t waste your time driving out there. Online prices are wrong. Inventory is beyond wrong. Complete waste of time. Never again will I drive out there. Typical bait and switch.
We chose this place to buy a new 2018 chevy colorado zr2 because ot was the lowest price period! we drove 5 hours away to get it!! when we got there the place was slammed, prolly bc of the prices. i would go back! thanks randy
