Went to look at cars and found a used one we wanted to buy. Arrived before 3 PM and didn’t get out until after 9 PM. Salesman bragged about how many cars they sell on Saturdays so why not stock their staff with more people. Could have closed the transaction in a much shorter time if properly staffed. Lots of time spent sitting around waiting. Not a happy buyer.
I went on this place to just trade in my car I thought I can get better deals to get my new car for my 2 kids but not bcuz their price online is different when u get there. They tell you u got discount but look like not... advertise online the sale price but when you look on your paper work is different prices to the online sale. I wasted my time and gas to just hoping to get new car.
Bought our first new vehicle and Lisha (spelling?!) our salesperson was amazing and Brian in finance was just as awesome and ended up getting us a better deal then we intended! From start to finish we felt like family and even got big hugs from Lisha as we were leaving! Excellent excellent service!!!
Came from out of town, had a rocky start but Jesus and Luis definitely came through and made the trips worth while! Love my new 2018 Traverse!

I had the most greatest experience buying my car...Rod was so helpful and did a great job at making us feel comfterble and we walked out super excited with our purchase.also cotton feazell from finance was so knowledgeable and made us feel comfterble with everthing he read over with us he explained very well and did not pressure us on anything we didnt want to go through with..this was the most amazing experience
