The most worst sales experience we've ever had buying a car! Car salesman when we went back 2 to 3 Days Later told us "why do we need to see the vehicle again, you saw it the other day? We were floored to say the least. 1 star
The service department is unorganized.
Inquired about a camaro on their website, and never got contacted back about it.
Service isn't what it used to be for sure. It used to be a pleasure coming here for service. They need to figure out a better way of checking their service customers in. I was almost home and bad got worse. I live in Desoto and was getting off the freeway at my exit when my car notified me that I needed to "check my tire monitoring system". This isn't the first time it's happened when I've gotten my tires rotated. I'm sure like last time, its a service mistake.
BUYER BEWARE! The people who work here are aweful. About a month ago my fiance and I came in to get a truck. We were turned down at several banks which made no sense since my fiance's income was plenty. We decided to go to another dealership. Denied. Now we are at Graff Chevrolet. They found out that at vandergriff they filed the paperwork wrong leading to us being denied and because of that banks just see a denial and automatically deny us now.
