My husband and I had the best experience with Vandergriff Chevrolet on Saturday! We had our new car in less than 3 hours and were on our way. I would like to acknowledge our salesman Adolfo Olivas and also our finance manager Jorge Baez. They were GREAT! It was so fun to drive our car off the showroom floor!
My daughter went in on 6/11/2018 for a car when seen on their website. She goes in trys to get it she cant. They use my info (all sent thru text) and use her as a co-signer. Tells her she is approved, takes downpayment money and let's her sign her part of the contracts. Mind you I'm still at work. They let her leave in the car without my signature (me as the buyer her as the co-buyer) nor proof of insurance. Did an online inquiry but never entered my ssn or dL number , but they still found a way to run my credit without my permission. They want to give me the run around but not fix the hard inquiry on my credit report!! The only info I ever gave was my Name,phone number ,email.
