RecommendedEven though I didn't end up purchasing my car here, Lance Haynes was extremely helpful, polite and completely "un-pushy". Based on my experience with him having gone there to test drive and look at a potential car I would have no reservations going back there for future vehicle needs.
My sister and brother in law bought and RETURNED a used truck due to the fact the dealership didn’t do their due diligence in preparing the truck to be sold. A three day experience of “OOPS” and “mistakes” on their part. Not having the truck inspected prior to placing it on their website to be sold, not changing the oil, not topping off fluids, and not properly detail the truck. Please stay away from this dealership. We bought a vehicle from them on Saturday and they mistakenly “forgot” to change the oil!! They also didn’t detail the vehicle, didn’t put gas in it, didn’t fill up fluids. Ridiculous and terrible customer service. Such a HORRIBLE experience with them. Save yourself and your money and move on to the next dealership.
Went in to buy a new Traverse today with a trade in. I had Bluebooked the price of my trade in to be around 7,500 and they came back with 4,000. I told them no way and did not care how they found the other 3,500. They came back and met me half way with 1,750 more between raising my trade in value and lowering the price of the vehicle. Told them no and left. We did a little research on what our vehicle was selling else where for and we found them to be selling 10-14K. The service center was awesome and made sure I was taken care of. Got a service loaner with no problems and Michael (MJ) was courteous and helpful.
Excellent service top to bottom. Marcus did an exceptional job representing the Chevrolet brand as a salesman. The Cruze RS is a great driver's car. Be sure to check them out if you are in the m as market for a new vehicle.
