RecommendedEvery dealership is the same- walk in-meet guy- guy wants all your info like an internet hacker- drive a few cars- spend 4 hours more than you thought just on discussion of a car- buy a car- happy confusing feeling of exchanging all your money for 4 wheels and a box. After all this I will say personality makes the difference. Stop False Advertising. Vandergriff Chevrolet advertised 2 Chevrolet Camaros at their I-20 location in Arlington, TX at a specific price and including VIN number. When we got there, they said they have the cars, but they just entered their loaner program so they're not actually for sale; HOWEVER, they said they could sell that car to us for MORE than advertised or could sell us A DIFFERENT car for MORE than advertised. Went into the dealership today with doubts that I would be able to get financed for a new car. Plus I had a trade in that I was upside down on. My sales person Beaux was amazing though and walked me through the whole process. Even when I started worrying that the deal wouldn’t go through Beaux was very positive and straight forward in what I should expect. There were no gimmicks or hidden cost. Jason and the Service department will rip you off. my 2014 Chevy Cruz was quoted 1.7 hours of work to fix a part that I literally fixed in 5 minutes. The canister purge valve requires no tools to change. The part made by Bosch is $40 at autozone. They wanted me to pay $380 to change it. Thanks Youtube. It's easier to keep the old customers than to get new ones. I won't be back.
