We were very well taken care of. Both Perdo and Chris went out of their way to help us. I feel we were being kind of difficalt but they bent over backwards to make us happy. Thanks again guys and look forward to seeing you guys when we come in for our routine maintenance.

We went in to get a routine oil change this past Friday and the service was exceptional. Omar Olivares took amazing care of us. He was extremely polite, provided quick service and made sure my family and I had everything we needed at all times during our brief stay. Give that man a raise! All in all, I highly recommend Vandergriff Chevrolet and know that this is a place that I can truly rely on for quality service.
They will steal and lie to you. Please don't buy from them, I was truly taken advantage of and would hate for them to get you too! They stuck me with a bill on a rental because they couldn't charge me for my warranty parts. The vandergriff employees even admitted it was there before. Then they went into my personal banking account and stole from me. Then they couldn't explain how They Got authorization. please don't Let Them get You too!
Really, you ask me for MY review after that experience?!?! As if "give me my damn keys and I'll find a different dealership for service" didn't give you a clue?? Incompetent morons

I received a recall on my 2013 Chevy equinox.i called to make an appointment. I was told to come in and ask for Paul jennings. He was very friendly and informed about the recall. They inspected it and the part will have to specially ordered. I very pleased as to how I was taken care of. I have been a customer there for several years. Got my equinox there .Thank you. Awesome group of people! I recently bought a 2017 Camaro. Kelly Cook and his team were helpful the paperwork was fast and within 2hrs they had me out the door with a Shiney black 2017 Camaro. Had to take her in for a oil change and something minor. Everyone was so great.... I count on my guy at Vandergriff Chevrolet!!!
Never have I had such poor customer service. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership at the end of Feb this year and paid almost $5k in extended warranties, just to find out that the extended warranty company will not cover my car. I called the Finance Manger last week and still can't get a return call. I spoke to the salesman that sold me the car and was promised a call back yesterday from the Finance Manager or the District Manager. No one called.
