I guess they don't sell cars/trucks on Tuesdays. I was walked by 6 times and never asked if I needed anything. Not to mention there were 3 guys outside talking and several inside on their phone. I think I was there 20 minutes. My hubby bought an SUV here and considered upgrading for a Tahoe. I won't be back.
Horrible services! 2 1/2 hours for a basic oil change is ridiculous. Thank God for my salesman who sold me my car. He was able to talk to the right people to make things happen. It sad when the cashier apologize be have of the technicians bs around.������
Terry Shook and Trevor were the two gentlemen who helped me with my new purchase. They never got pushy and offered a ton of really great suggestions. Sales is AMAZING! They are the only guys who care about the consumer. The "Certified Service" deapartment is the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have EVER experienced !!! I HATE that I purchased my vehicle here and I will NEVER buy another car from here. They have absolutely no concern for the customer and there only job seems to be inconveniencing the consumer! Came in for an oil change and was looking at buying a new pick up.. The salesman was too lazy to price me out a truck and tried to send me to another dealership. Never in my life has this ever happened to me..
Kudos to service manager Jason Holland for all the help he gave me in finding the problem in my headlamp assembly, and for his honesty about the replacement and cost. Also, a big shoutout to the shuttle driver for his wit and courtesy in getting me back and forth to the dealership.
Long wait but knowing my car is being taken care of is worth it. Everyone is very nice 👍

After being in and out of Friendly Chevrolet and getting the run around I decided to take my Camaro to Vandergriff and that was the best decision, due to Paul!
