Horrible customer service along with poorly presented vehicles and bad communication. Also lack of knowledge on their products and rebates. Don't believe the hype on the 16000 in rebates for crew cab Silverado 1LT's they only showed us 9000 in rebates and low balled us bad on our 2016 Malibu. Won't be going back to this place for anything ever again.

After agreeing to a price over the phone we made the 100 mile drive to Arlington to buy a new traverse, as soon as we show up guess what! Problems they try to up our payments 100.00 because the finance department messed up. Of course they wanted up to eat it and take it with a smile. They will not work with you take your business elsewhere.
