I recently had to take my 2011 Chevy Cruze in for service. The car had high mileage and I wanted something new. Jason was very helpful through the whole process.I decided to get a 2018 Chevy Equinox and I am in love with the car! Everyone at this dealership is super friendly.
Promised car and payment over phone. Got to dealer switched to older car, double the miles and higher payment. Bread crumbs and dog hair everywhere at delivery. Then got home and car I was switched to was 2 grand cheaper on the website then the price I paid. Unbelievable.
Horrible communication and no call backs. Currently pending a GM case for a manufacture error and service error for a 2016 vehicle, a 2016 should not be going out. I was told it was a 5 day process but I have called several people from both GM and the dealership with zero call backs. Worse experience, I am also set up for text updates, I have received no updates. I would not recommend dealing with this company, I should not have to be out of pocket for their mistakes.
Michael Joyner was the best service assistant I jave encounter. Very friendly, fast service. Made an inconvenient situation pleasant and quick.
The absolute worst customer service there is and the general manager lies Never again will I do business here and I recommend no one else does either
Dominque was awesome! I bought our new truck basically over the phone. All I had to do was come in and sign! Everyone there was very nice and down to earth.
