Jorge pulled off a miracle. I'm on a strict budget and left without deal I could work with. However he kept working on it and was able to pull off a miracle for me. ASK FOR JORGE! On August 17th,2016 my 2012 Traverse would not start. We had the truck towed to Vandergriff where we originally bought the vehicle. After paying over $500 for a new battery and labor charges .... on top of what we already pay for the vehicle warranty service ... my truck battery once again is out. I was left stranded with 3 children again because the establishment has been awful from day one. Not even 60 days after the prior service. Let's just see how long it takes for the next time ....
I have made several trips in from Weatherford to try and get into a new Colorado. Freeman was an outstanding salesman. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. Ronny in finance went above and beyond in order to get me out of there in a new vehicle. I'm loving my truck! I will definitely refer friends and family in the area to go there, and my future purchases will most definitely be from there. Thank you Vandergriff Chevrolet for everything! You've earned yourself a lifelong customer.
I thought I found the absolutely perfect place to send people and re-purchase my beloved Chevys. The workers are friendly and helpful. BUT BUYERS BEWARE. Be very careful dealing with Vandergriff Chevrolet! Their people are incompetent and give the wrong information to make you believe that you are covered. The GM rather not sacrifice a car battery... but loose a few future and loyal customers. Steve was awesome but THE ONLY WAY I WOULD GO BACK THERE IS AN APOLOGY FROM THE GM AND A COMPLEMENTARY INCENTIVE.

Puchased a truck from Freeman Zephier at Vandergriff Chev. While the buying process takes awhile, Freeman was terrific all through the sale. We wanted to drive several trucks for comparison and Freeman made that happen. He was very knowledgeable and had an answer for all of out questions. Couldn't have been more pleased. Very pleasant salespersons.
