We went in clueless and nervous as could be. In a case where we could have easily been seen as naive college students, we were treated respectfully. Freeman helped us and went above and beyond any of our expectations. He worked quickly and was able to negotiate in a way that got us in a car we thought we would not be able to afford in the first place. Definitely would recommend asking for Freeman if you are looking for someone to be both helpful, down to earth and informative.
