Had a wonderful experience today dealing with Freeman, Chase and Chris. Employees were very polite and courteous. Didn't pressure me unduly. Highly recommend dealing with any of these trio if you need a car. Awesome job guys

They don't honor the Internet prices. Buyer beware!!!
Going on 2 1/2 + hours to fix a flat tire. This is f$cking ridiculous. They have more people running around with their thumbs up their a$$ than working. I WILL NOT COME BACK. I would rather go to Wally World.
They refused to honor a warranty service bulletin on my car and I ended up doing it myself, then they tried to screw my sister into paying $4000 for a complete brake job when the whole thing was under extended warranty, trying to say her brake fluid was contaminated. She ended up towing it to Bankston (now AutoNation) who performed the repair under warranty and covered the coast of the tow. I will never give Vandergriff another dime.
Trying to by my daughter a car who starts acu they tried getting me to sign a deal for 17800 when the link showed advertising price was 15300 then while signing paperwork after pleading to get the advertised price they pulled out a HAIL disclosure How shady is this They said wasn't sure if it was even hit thought it was at another lot that wasn't hit this was just a formality Cmom
Vandergrift doesnt know how to treat customers we were at the dealership 4 different times we had our own financing company waited on them to send purchase order we were ready to pick up vechile this afternoon and they said it was sold last night when we were there last night makes no sense and cant come to a solution to the problem
