My service advisor Bobby not only took the time to listen to the issue I was having, he explained it to the tech. As an added measure, he brought the tech in just to make sure that what I had explained to him was accurate. The tech Mark, took the time to get under the truck , check all the components for signs of the issue, and took the truck for a ride to see if it was there. Mark then researched the data base to see if there were similar issues with other vehicles.
