Service is slow! When called out about it, I was lied to. I used to love Vandergiriff! Slowly changing my mind

Made an appointment for a simple oil change. They dont honor appointments....4 hour wait. If your not going to honor an appointment then dont take appointments! Wont take it there for service! Recently tried to get a key remote for our car. They would only program it if we bought it from them....$155.oo. But if we buy one on our own and go to a locksmith, they will talk the locksmith thru the programming. NEEDLESS TO SAY....WE WILL GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

Updated review: After two phone calls from different people I went back in to Vandergriff on Saturday 8/15. Even though we went in with ANOTHER quoted price from the internet office, we still had to haggle over the price if the exact same Equinox. We did get the price down to what we were quoted after 2 hours and payed cash, but the entire deal took around 4 hours, much longer than I figured for a cut and dry cash sale.
