The service department is mediocre at best. I have had my car a year and every single time, I have issues with their department. They don't return phone calls and they don't bother telling you when your car is ready. Customer service is NOT a priority. Vandergriff Toyota has excellent service! This dealership needs to take lessons from them.
Great experience buying my 2015 Equinox! Robert O'Quin showed immense patience and knowledge helping me figure out which vehicle I wanted and Cotton Feazell was the coolest finance guy I have ever worked with. Who'd have "thunk" a jarhead with a handlebar mustache crunching your numbers? I highly recommend them both! Make sure to ask Cotton about his "Empty Shell"!
