I hate that I even had to give them one star. I have been here 2 times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt to only be shown they are horrible. The service department lies about everything and they never fix what's wrong with your car.
SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!! Enough said right now I've been waiting more than an hour to get a flat tire fixed not to mention I waited like 20 mins for a service adviser
Went in wednesday for oil change and to have some issues looked at. well they checked the issues and i need to take it back at a latter time to leave it to be checked better. fine, whatever. but then it went in for the oil change. from what i was told when purchased oil changes included tire rotation, i would have expected it to be done properly. you know front driver to rear pass and front pass to rear driver. nope, they took the front and put in the back. My husband purchased a new Silverado from Jeffrey Burnett back in April and was very pleased with the overall experience at Vandergriff Chevrolet. Don Larrabee was by far the best salesperson to work with! My husband and I went in knowing the price we were hoping for and he did everything he could to get us that price, and he definitely delivered! We were very impressed by his knowledge of all chevy products would not just recommend this dealership but make sure you ask for Don. You won't be disappointed! On top of everything, We love our new truck!
