My family has purchased 4 cars from them with ok service. One member was in the market for a 5th vehicle. Went in a few days ago and was told one price but they couldn't agree to it. Went in today totally expecting to sign a contract but they jacked the price by $2,000 and wouldn't budge. I, nor that member, will never buy from you again. So you lost our on that sale and negative advertising because everyone I know will hear about the jacking around of a female REPEAT customer.
When my fiance and I arrived we were greeted right away by Trevor, I told him exactly what we wanted and he did everything he could to get us the perfect deal! We did have quite a long wait that sucked but was understandable because they were jam packed with people (probably because they have such wonderful employees ). We ended up walking out with an unbeatable deal and such great customer service!!!! We cannot thank Trevor, Chris Beck and the general manager for being so wonderful to us!
The worst experience of my life. I bought a car from them so I'm sure they are good but damn. Absolute worst dealership in the world. Games, lies, made up numbers. They actually took the speakers out of the new car I bought after the purchase. Lol. This was after dealing with 2 moron sales managers over 2 days. Car wasn't ready when they said it was after driving over a return hr to the dealership. There isn't enough time to explain arefternll the bs I went thru. Outstanding service. Had services done to my duramax and it was done in an excellent time frame as well as the truck definitely running better. Very please with the service from the techs and people of vandergriff!

My son took his cobalt in for recall work. Was issued a loaner vehicle. While at work, someone in the parking lot scratched the paint on the loaner. My son pointed it out on return, provided his insurance card and these people filed the claim, but refuse to release his car to him until he pays the deductible. When it's time to.pay the deductible, it will be paid to his insurance company, not the dealership. Stay clear of the Vandergriff family of dealerships.
my stepson seems to be getting a runaround with a safety issue. I worked for G.M. for over 30 years. do I need to call the head office?
Your service dept knocks itself out doing a fantastic job! Jason Holland is very courteous & professional. He actually cares about his customer as a person, not merely a number on the assembly line. I appreciate that the job is done right on my 2012 Volt. Your loaner & shuttle program is a life-saver, while my car gets pampered at the shop. Thanks, Vandergriff & staff!
