Satisfied Consumer Patrick is the consummate pro for Kia. The 2017 Forte is the third Kia I have purchased from Carolina Kia through Patrick. He has the "shopping list" for my next Kia. Would not buy from any other dealership or any other sales person.
Blank stares I went to the Palm Springs Kia dealership to look at purchasing a used vehicle with my friend. We walked inside of the dealership and looked for a salesperson to attend to us. I made eye contact with at least 5 different employees and smiled, nobody bothered to acknowledge us or greet us. It was uncomfortable for us and made us feel unimportant. New car purchase Bought a KIA Sorento in Dec of 2016. Sales person Cody Sonnier was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The entire process took less than from start to finish including car test drive, new car prep and overview of features took less than 3 hours. They even installed an app on my wife's cell phone for the new car and programmed the bluetooth phone feature.
