My salesman, Christian, was very professional as well as the other staff (finance asst) who assisted with my purchase. Buying a car is always a Whole Day's worth experience which can be quite tedious. But, would I recommend Value Kia and Christian to my folks? Absolutely!

First New Car When I got there I was extremely nervous because this was my first time buying a new car and everyone was very helpful. They even got me a better deal than I had hoped for in the first place.
I love my new Kia Forte LX! I went in looking for a car with manual transmission. Kia Sterling was the first dealer who had a decent supply of cars to test drive. Don was informative, patient and not pushy at all. I appreciated that. The financial officer who handled my purchase answered all my questions and did his best to get me the best deal possible. Great car buying experience Edna was vary polite and courteous. Made everything easy to understand. The prosses was easy to follow. Both Edna and the other people there did everything to keep us informed all through the prosses. I will definitely recommend Edna and this dealer. She was a joy to work with. Her follow up call with offer to help with anything we need help was great. Will be in for some help now that we have had the car and have found things we want to use but have not figured out how to.
