We were completely happy with our whole experience My husband and I pretty much knew what I wanted when we arrived. So Phillip took us over to the cars from which I could choose. I chose a car and told him for sure that's the one I wanted to test drive. He went inside and spoke to the "big guy" to see if they could come in at the price we wanted.
