Very dissapointed Purchased a new vehicle, salesman informed us to return the following day to get the spare tire since it had not been in stain the trunk. Went back to pick up spare and was informed that the car doesn't come with a spare . You get a can of fix a flat ! And they didn't even have a spare / second key for the car . Salesman only wanted to get the sale and afterwards had no time ... he didn't even show up for the final paperwork . Like the car , however the dealership / sales experience was very disappointing

great experience I had dealt with the branch in Felton for my first new vehicle purchase and I made a good choice again in my most recent. I would recommend them and will more than likely be buying from them in the future
helpful but.... Partly on the strength one of the salesman telling me I could lease the car for 15,000 miles per year my mother and I decided to get the car only to be told at the signing that it could only be 10,000 miles per year, and also told us why it couldn't be 15,000 miles and salesmen will say anything. My 87 year old mother was tired after the long afternoon and wanted to go home so I just finished up the process. Mike Harrison was helpful but everyone else involved caused the 'miles' mixup.
