New car purchase Bought a KIA Sorento in Dec of 2016. Sales person Cody Sonnier was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The entire process took less than from start to finish including car test drive, new car prep and overview of features took less than 3 hours. They even installed an app on my wife's cell phone for the new car and programmed the bluetooth phone feature.
Purchase of 2017 Kia Sportage The salesman was excellent and the purchase was easy. The wait for the finance person was a little long, but in all it was a good experience.
2017 Sorento I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Selbyville Holly Kia. Rob Kemp was awesome through the entire process!!!

Returning Customer Purchased a new Kia Sorento on 1-31-16. Our salesman was nice and easy to talk with. He went over all of the features of the vehicle and told us to call with any questions or issues. Our finance man was Ron T. He always explains the forms we are signing, is very professional. He offers all of the products, but did not make us feel pressured in any way to purchase a product. We are returning customers because Sterling Kia has always been helpful when we make a vehicle purchase.
great Great service and a really nice overall experience
Leah bought a KIA. First of all, I am absolutely thrilled with my knew KIA Optima, so beautiful and comfortable. My salesman (A.P.) said, " You can just ride and ride and ride in this car." Music to my ears. He was knowledgeable, proper, and courteous during test driving, and the sales process. He even made me some green tea. I appreciate the kindness. And last but not least...I like the card board KIA animals in the show room. Leah Hatch
