I love valley children's staff and doctors. My son is admitted very often because of the birth defect he was born with. We follow up in the GI clinic with Dr Warolin he's great and Also in pediatric surgery with Dr Chang she is amazing and can't thank her enough
we drive from merced to madera! They actually know what there Doing and there all nice and friendly!
The entire staff are a league of special people... Thank you so much Dr. Desai, Dr. David and the whole team.... What a wonderful place to create for kids who have to be in the hospital... From the Kitchen staff to the nice lady in the gift shop everyone showed so much compassion... Thank you for being there Valley Children's!!! God Bless
Our newborn was brought here to have surgery and everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The best hospital I've ever been to.

We visited the Orthopedics Dept. for a clavicle fracture. Doctor Arends and the radiology professional were nice and professional. BUT, I found the front desk employees who served us not very costumer oriented (almost rude) and had the impression they were not very knowledgeable or just not wanting to help. I asked to check with my insurance that everything is 100% covered that will be performed on my child; if it is not covered - do not perform it. I also ask Doctor Arends as well.
