My daughter Felicity was treated here for Infantile Spasms when she was almost 8 months old. We are from Modesto and were discharged from both of our hospitals here on three separate occasions after having seizure like activity. On the 4th day I decided to take her to Valley Children's and that was THE best decision I could have ever made for her. Son was seen in the ER in July treatment was horrible.. Would never go back.
Dear Valley Children's, The other night my mother and younger sister went to your ER in search of help with this rash that she had on her thigh. Apparently when my mom made it to the back the doctors couldn't figure out what it was by looking at it. I believe two to three doctors looked and had no idea what it was. So you guys just decide to give her benadryl and that was it. No test or any other examination. Well tend to find out when my mom took her to the doctors a day later, it was excema. Dr. Ament is awesome. He finally has given us answers when no one else has been able to. The staff here has treated us wonderfully.
The staff was excellent! They made my family and especially my son feel welcome and comfortable. Not only were they concerned for my sons comfort but continuously made sure I was ok and didn't need anything. The hospital was clean although a little cold lol My son had outpatient surgery. The hospital had a playroom and allowed my daughters and their father access to all the playrooms and out door play areas. The cafeteria was wonderful. With lots of yummy choices. Fue pésimo empezando por el trato de algunas en fermeras y la trabajadora social que me tocó me para ocho sopas cre que 21 me alcanzó y todavía pregunta que lo que dio como si solo fue 5 días aquí fueron 21 día para seis cupones y ocho sopas y su enfermeras que no quería hacer su trabajo como el docto indica es por eso que tarde más de lo que tenía que estar
