September 30 was our first time there. we had to take my son to see the orthopedic in regards to him having a fractured elbow. upon arriving there just from the outside we liked the place. once inside we explored a bit for we arrived early for our appointment. they lay out is very easy to remember lots of fun areas for the children to have fun. once we made it back to the sky wing for my son's appointment. the wait time was brief we were pulled back 10 mins before out scheduled appointment. the staff was great very friendly ... read more
The people here are amazing, they take the time to listen and go out of their way to make your child better. My daughters both had to go here for special procedures. My youngest is currently a patient and they treat us like family.
The experience was so great! My son has a swallow study at 9:00 in the morning, however they called us ahead than our scheduled time and were done at around 9:39 to be exact. Isn't that amazing? This hospital is a home for us!!!
As always,most of it's medical staff is awesome,but my only complaint is the trouble you have to go thru with security just to get in for appointments. Not only time consuming, but because of it you get to appts late and risk not being seen. Some of us live too far to be told you're late so reschedule. We hit traffic jams, accidents on the freeway, etc etc, and that's with leaving way early for appts.
Buenas noches Ayer yebe a Mi hijo con un dolor terrible y les dije k el no aguantaba el dolor y medijo k tenia k esperara million turno k no podian atenderlo antes y les pedi una pastilla y Tampoco me la dieron k asta k lo checara el Doctor y yo estaba desesperada de ber mi hijo como se quejaba Del dolor so pienso k tienen k tener mas doctores y enfermeras si saben k Ba muchisima gente para k nos atienden mas rapido Es mi opinion gracias
