I love this hospital. My son and I lived there for literally 2 years. Like everything, there is one rude nurse or one bad front assistant but from the hundreds of staff I had dealt with over 10 years ago and all the staff now this place is amazing. My son was in such great hands. And to see his doctor today after all this year's was amazing. I know our new addition to the family is in good hands no matter what. Keep it up VCH!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't thank you guys enough.

Been here since 8am, was told to not give my six year anything to eat since midnight and it's already 1:20pm and they still haven't taken her in for surgery for her broken arm. This is ridiculous my daughter is crying that she's hungry and thirsty and their response is they don't know when the doctor is ready

25years ago Feb 15th my son was born in Visalia and had to be rushed to VCH where he had surgery . He had wonderful care from the nurses to the Drs...Doctor David Hodge is still my hero I know my son wouldn't be who is is today without him..we now live in Texas but have never forgotten what a wonderful Hospital Children's is... My son is now married and a police officer..

I had a difficult back surgery done at Valley Children's a couple years ago. The staff was helpful, my room was nice, and they made sure I felt as comfortable as I could. The recovery rooms even had ceiling panels with little lights in them to look like stars. Thank you Valley Children's for all the years of help you gave me. Hey! Five years after the surgery and I can dance! Thanks!

I am frustrated to know that you will treat an uninsured person with no questions (regardless of their ability to pay), but reject a hardworking family because their insurance is Health Net Sante. That is wrong any way you look at it. So should folks start quitting their jobs so their kids can get the medical treatment they need?

The staff in the PICU are absolutely amazing. They were all very friendly and informative. It's very rare to not have even one complaint about a facility, but the staff at valley children's goes above and beyond for their patients!!! And Dr. Martin in the ent department was superb!!!

I used to love Valley Children'S, working at a local hospital you'd think I would take my daughter there, but I trusted VCH, 100% I recently took her to the ED where she was evaluated & referred to an outpatient clinic ED doctor gave me a diagnosis in which I didn't think much of it I was under the impression that it was a follow up for what she had& there was that.
