We had a wonderful experience at Valley Children's. Not only did they diagnose and treat my son, they made the experience one that was exciting and fun for him, which otherwise could have been a frightening experience.
Our son was in the NICU for 5 days. It was a scary time for us, however, every person we encountered was kind and caring towards us. The nurses made sure we understood every procedure by talking to us before and making sure we didn't have any questions. We felt our son was completely safe here and well taken care of. The nurses are wonderful and caring towards the patients and family members. Every person we talked to-from nurses to security to janitors, had a great caring attitude like we have never seen at other hospitals.... read more
Always encounter staff that is helpful, patient, caring, and kind. Never had to wait more than 3 hours for an emergency visit (pink-eye, earache, etc.). My little one actually asks when she's going to see Dr. W. again.
They treated my brother very wrong they have no word at all Dr Crocker is very racist
