The only complaint I have about this place is that there are too many patients. There needs to be more VA clinics in the San Diego area because of the high veteran population. Other than that, the staff here is great for the most part, of course there are always a few bad apples, but luckily I only encountered a few in all my visits here (2 shoulder surgeries). That's my two cents.
The VA Medical Center has been good to me in all my healthcare needs
Friday afternoon seem to be the best time to have an appointment. Easy to park and not a lot of people around.
I thought the customer service was outstanding, people is polite and very attentive. My husband had a heart procedure done and they were very informative with me as it took place in constant communication. Facilities are well kept and most importantly their staff seem to care for their patients. Well done VA San Diego. Thanks fir taking such a good care of my husband.
