E/R system needs help, wait time is totally unsat.
Tell me something I was just there yesterday at the VA 2 north getting paperwork done. My next appointment was today at 1000, I got there early so I could find parking. When I got to the window the girl told me that they called yesterday afternoon to change my appointment. Well nobody called because I check my phone log, and I only had one call from my friend. Emergency wIts wills always take time and as some staff might not be always joyous I think they truly care for the patients. Caring for patients is crucial and for this I give a five!
I have always received great care here. There is always some one there to help if I have questions.
The only reason I give it a 4 is because the post anesthesia pain control was terrible. The young anesthesiologists which were four, tending to me didn't focus on me the patient. They were very closed minded even down right rude until what I deemed to be a anesthesiologist of Indian decent finally did the right thing and replaced the Ambu ACTion Block Pain Pump.
