The VA service for patient was alright but finding patient parking was bad experience on my side.
My veteran son was admiited to the hospital July 15th 2017 for 7 days. The culture and care environment during Most encounters were phenomenally positive. Yesterday's follow up visit with Dr. Konersman 100% exceptional. Dr. Konersman is top notch in expertise, explaining, caring, compassion, encouragement and next steps. La Jolla VA let me just say thank you and I love you. I am intending to write a letter re my son's stay.
I am just kinda scared how Facebook knows I was at the VA, it was not a scheduled appointment and I never mapped it. I think the FBI maybe watching me.
I had excellent service at the VA in La Jolla! Would highly recommend.
Atrocious. I'm not sure I should even rate this place, I'm sure nothing will change how they operate or who they hire. For this rating, I'll be specifically talking about the back/orthopedics. My two doctors wouldn't listen to me, badgered me, and only heard what they wanted hear about my symptoms. They gave me a steroid injection in the wrong place, injuring major limb nerves in the process. Now I have additional back problems not service connected, and they didn't fix what they intended.
