I get the greatest of care and respect whenever I'm here. I don't know what I'd do without my VA Healthcare.
I'm sorry but there should never be a wait in the EMERGENCY ROOM..especially when there's only 3 of us in here. Utterly ridiculous and urgent care/nurse calls are only getting worse. A 30 mins phone wait just to be told I'd be called back..THE EMERGENCY ROOM!?!? Will be getting my insurance at Kaiser and utilizing them.
My doctor was excellent but the nursing staff is kinda rude. Not impressed at all. Very dismissive
I've never encountered a bad experience now the wait times are quite a bit long but so to be expected when arriving with no appointment. The staff was very informative, resourceful and helpful for what I was needing.
Wait times are long but I get to be seen and treated and cared for and that's most important.
What a freakin joke, I was so happy today after almost a month of requesting this aquatic therapy for my lower back. I get here early to find the therapy pool. Walked around looking for this mystery pool, and after finding it. No check in, no one there, no supervising, just two very older than me and 2 maybe 3 times larger than me gentleman floating around shooting the shit. I almost felt like I was being Punked. WTF VA how can we offer such poor service to Veterans, how is this acceptable? You serve your country with pride ... read more
